REFUND POLICY

 

You have 7 days from receipt of your item to request a return as part of our 7 day return policy.

 

Eligibility for a return requires that the item be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also necessary.

 

To initiate a return, contact us at anahouseware@gmail.com. Returns should be sent to the specified return address, which will be provided upon contact.

 

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

 

Check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.

 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

 

Certain items are not eligible for return, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), custom or personalized products, and personal care items. Returns are not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. Contact us with questions about specific items.

 

Returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted.

 

EXCHANGES

 

For exchanges, return the unwanted item and place a separate order for the new item once the return is accepted.
